Warehouse Supervisor Position Warehouse Supervisor Location Experience 3 to 5 Years in Warehouse Logistics Distribution Industry Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving storage picking packing and dispatch of goods Effectively manage and monitor labor workforce ensuring productivity and discipline Coordinate with transport vendors and drivers for timely loading unloading and dispatch of goods Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate stock management Ensure goods are handled stored and dispatched safely and in compliance with quality standards Prepare daily operational reports and share updates with management Maintain warehouse safety security and housekeeping standards Resolve issues related to transport manpower and goods handling to avoid operational delays Required Skills Competencies Knowledge of warehouse operations labor management and transportation coordination Good leadership and team-handling skills Ability to resolve operational challenges quickly and efficiently Qualifications Graduate Diploma in Logistics Supply Chain or related field 3-5 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in logistics warehouse or distribution industry Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay - per month Benefits Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
