This is not a traditional SDR Manager role. You will manage: • Human SDRs • AI outbound agents • CRM workflows • Pipeline systems • Automation infrastructure Your job is not to manage activity. Your job is to maximize qualified pipeline per dollar. You are responsible for designing and operating a blended human + AI outbound engine. You own: 1️⃣ Outbound System Design - Architect AI + human outbound workflows - Optimize routing logic, enrichment, personalization flows - Integrate AI agents with CRM, sequencing tools, data providers - Build scalable multi-channel playbooks 2️⃣ AI + SDR Workforce Optimization - Decide what humans do vs what AI does - Improve pipeline yield per rep - Reduce cost per meeting - Increase meetings per rep per week - Continuously test & iterate automation 3️⃣ Performance & Metrics Own core KPIs: - Meetings booked - SQL conversion rate - Pipeline generated - Cost per SQL - Speed to first meeting Not: - Call count - Email volume 4️⃣ Experimentation Engine - Run A/B tests on messaging - Test AI personalization prompts - Improve deliverability - Improve reply rate - Optimize outbound sequences
