Role Description - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their wedding journey - Handle client queries, concerns, and complaints via calls, WhatsApp, and email - Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery - Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction at every stage - Experience with wedding photography companies or in the wedding/events industry will be a plus
