Graphic Designer – Matri (Shark Tank Featured FemTech Brand) Location: Delhi (Ghitorni) – Work From Office CTC: ₹3 – ₹4 LPA Joining: Immediate Matri is a fast-growing FemTech brand featured on Shark Tank India, building innovative solutions for women’s health and wellness. We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can help us tell powerful visual stories and build a brand that resonates with millions of women. This role is perfect for someone who loves design, storytelling, social media, and fast-paced startup environments. What You’ll Do - Design high-converting creatives for social media ads - Create Instagram posts, reels thumbnails, and campaign creatives - Design product creatives, banners, landing page visuals - Work closely with the marketing and content team - Turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals - Maintain and evolve Matri’s brand identity What We’re Looking For - Strong portfolio of graphic design work - Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma - Understanding of Instagram & performance marketing creatives - Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment - Basic understanding of reels / short-form content design Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory) - Motion graphics or video editing - Experience with D2C or startup brands - Understanding of ad creatives that convert Why Join Matri - Work directly with the founding team - Opportunity to build a global FemTech brand - Fast learning and real creative ownership - Your designs will reach millions of users
