The Sales Executive will identify and engage prospective clients, guide them through property inquiries, and build long-term relationships. Responsibilities include conducting property market research, handling negotiations, meeting sales targets, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends. This role also involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored real estate solutions. Qualifications - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills - Knowledge of real estate market trends, sales strategies, and property valuation - Ability to conduct market research and provide data-driven insights - Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a team environment - Experience in real estate sales or a related field is advantageous - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred
