Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, based in Indore. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, handling correspondence, preparing expense reports, and ensuring efficient administrative support. This includes coordinating meetings, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting the CEO in day-to-day operations. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Qualifications - Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to ensure efficient operational support - Project Management and Hiring - Experience in Diary Management, including scheduling, prioritizing meetings, and calendar coordination - Skill in preparing and managing Expense Reports with accuracy - Strong background in providing Executive Support with a professional and detail-oriented approach - Excellent communication and time management skills - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
