Our client, a leading industrial packaging company with multiple production units across India and global partnerships, is looking for an experienced Production & Operations Engineer to manage project execution and production coordination. Key Responsibilities • Ensure on-time completion of all production projects • Maintain BOM & Drawing (DWG) tracking and documentation • Coordinate with QC to ensure production as per approved drawings • Monitor preventive & breakdown maintenance activities • Prepare weekly production reports • Conduct monthly tools & machinery training • Plan warehouse shifts & manpower to reduce overtime • Share container stuffing plans with customers • Support design, costing & BOM preparation for customer enquiries • Ensure timely onsite packing and lashing activities Candidate Profile B.Tech / BE - Mechanical (Preferred) 8-10 years experience in Production / Operations Experience in Industrial Packaging preferred Age 30-45 years Candidate should be willing to stay near Mandideep
