We are looking for a dynamic professional to support fundraising and partnership development for our upcoming social initiatives focused on: - Large-scale plantation drives - Girl child education initiatives - A major community marathon event with 10,000+ participants The role will focus on mobilizing financial and institutional support from corporates, foundations, and philanthropic organizations. Key Responsibilities - Identify and approach CSR donors, foundations, and corporate sponsors - Develop fundraising strategies and sponsorship structures - Prepare professional proposals, concept notes, and impact presentations - Build partnerships with corporates, institutions, and philanthropists - Lead sponsorship outreach for the marathon event - Support grant applications and institutional funding opportunities Preferred Background - Experience in CSR fundraising, development sector, or NGO partnerships - Strong experience in proposal writing and donor communication - Network with corporates, foundations, and CSR decision makers is a plus - Ability to structure impact-driven funding proposals Engagement Model - Compensation: Fixed + success-based incentive
