We're looking for a knowledgeable and innovative Cosmetologist - F&D to join our Product Development team. Bring your expertise in cosmetology, creativity, and understanding of consumer needs to help us create high-quality, market-ready products! What You'll Do: - Collaborate with the F&D team to design and test new skincare, haircare, and cosmetic formulations. - Evaluate product texture, performance, application, and sensory characteristics. - Conduct consumer usage trials and provide insights for product improvement. - Stay updated on cosmetic industry trends, raw materials, and regulatory changes. - Support clinical and stability studies with cosmetology-based expertise. - Benchmark competitor products and identify innovation opportunities. - Coordinate with marketing and regulatory teams to align product features with claims and compliance. - Document testing results and contribute to technical dossiers and product development reports. What We're Looking For: - Degree in Cosmetology or related field (advanced certifications in aesthetics/beauty science are a plus). - 2-5 years of hands-on experience in cosmetology or product development. - Strong knowledge of skin and hair physiology, cosmetic ingredients, and product functionality. - Familiarity with lab-based/formulation environments (basic formulation knowledge is a plus). - Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. - Proficiency in evaluating product aesthetics, usability, and consumer appeal.
