As we continue to grow our portfolio of brands and licenses, we are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Sr. Production Coordinator to help drive execution excellence across our global production platform, with a particular focus on coordination with our NY, Mexico and China based teams. Role Summary The Senior Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting end-to-end apparel production—from development through bulk—ensuring on-time delivery, quality standards, and margin targets are met. This role partners closely with overseas production teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure calendars, resolve issues, and continuously improve production processes and KPIs. You’ll Thrive in This Role If You… - Are committed to delivering high-quality product on time - Communicate clearly across teams and time zones - Stay organized and solution-oriented under pressure - Take ownership of timelines, details, and outcomes Key Responsibilities - Track and maintain daily WIP (work in progress) to report development and production status and timelines - Monitor all open order to ensure timely follow-up, accuracy, and deliveries - Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve any production issues or delays - Coordinate with Design/Product Development teams to manage comments and approvals from development through final production - Support production team with general administrative and tracking tasks - QC (Quality Control) inspections - Review inspection reports to ensure final production match design intent and meets the standard quality standard of the brand(s) Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Fashion, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 3–5+ years of experience in apparel production, sourcing, or product operations. - Hands-on experience managing production calendars and overseas vendors. - Strong understanding of apparel production timelines and bulk execution. - Experience working with China-based production partners strongly preferred. Skills & Competencies - Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; Power BI a plus. - Experience with PLM systems required. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly accountable. - Comfortable working across time zones and adjusting schedules as needed. - Multilingual skills (English, Mandarin, or Spanish) a plus.
