Website: Role Description This is a full-time job of Sales Officer at SK Gourmet Spices. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's products to customers, retailers within your assigned territory. Your role involves meeting sales targets, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the availability of products in the market. This position requires effective communication, sales skills, and a deep understanding of the Spice or FMCG industry. Required For Locations: Gorakhpur Salary: Rs 20000 to 35000 per month + TA DA Key Responsibilities : A. Sales & Coverage • Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets. • Ensure 90% beat coverage. • Drive new launches and premium SKUs. B. Distribution Management • Increase active outlets monthly. • Ensure SKU-wise penetration. • Coordinate with distributors for timely delivery. C. Execution • Ensure POP, displays, sampling execution. • Ensure planogram compliance. D. Reporting • Daily reporting: beat plan, orders, productivity. Qualifications and Requirements: 1. Minimum 3-5 years at FMCG sales (Preference will be given to Spice & Food Division) 2. Strong understanding of territory of Gorakhpur and Eastern UP. 3. Ability to manage multiple sales channels (General Trade, Modern Trade, HORECA and Van Sales) 4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. 5. Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. 6. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
