About the Job Snoot Experience Centre is a modern, design-led pet healthcare brand based in Hyderabad. Snoot brings together veterinary care, grooming, pet essentials, and home delivery under one thoughtfully designed experience centre. We are looking for a Client Experience Executive who will manage the front desk, customer coordination, billing, and appointment management, ensuring every pet parent receives a warm, professional, and organised experience. This role is ideal for candidates who have worked in clinics, hospitals, hotels, luxury retail stores, showrooms, salons, or other customer-focused environments where service quality and attention to detail are important. Responsibilities • Welcome pet parents and manage reception / front desk operations • Handle billing, invoicing, POS, and payment processing • Manage appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups • Respond to WhatsApp and phone enquiries professionally • Coordinate with veterinarians, grooming team, CRM, and accounts • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems • Promote grooming services and retail products when appropriate • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organised, and professional • Provide a warm and memorable experience for every customer and pet Required Qualifications • 1–3 years experience in front office, reception, or customer service roles • Experience in hospital, clinic, salon, hotel, showroom, or retail environment • Strong communication skills in English and Telugu • Comfortable handling billing, invoicing, POS systems, and basic computer operations • Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment • Comfortable around dogs and cats Preferred Qualifications • Experience in clinics, hospitals, luxury retail, hospitality, or premium service environments • Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho CRM is an advantage) • Experience managing appointments, follow-ups, and service coordination • Exposure to sales support or service upselling • Basic understanding of billing or accounting workflows • Additional language skills such as Hindi Apply Send your resume to soma@ WhatsApp: +91 9100004415 Location: Hitex Road, Kothaguda, Hyderabad -
