Job location - Siliguri Job Role - Bancassurance Territory Manager Interested candidates can share their resume at “Kli.preeti-bhore@” or with subject line “territory manager” About the Role: We are looking for a Territory Manager (L2 Leader) to lead our Bandhan Banca business in Siliguri. This role is suited for leaders who have successfully driven business through open‑architecture bancassurance models, managed multi‑partner environments, and delivered strong quality metrics. Job Description: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of L1 Leaders/BDMs across assigned territory. - Drive life insurance business through partner bank branches ensuring achievement of NOP & premium targets. - Build strong working relationships with partner stakeholders to deepen business penetration. - Drive business in an open‑architecture setup by effectively positioning our products against competition and managing share‑of‑wallet within partner branches. - Ensure strong multi‑level partner alignment with a deep understanding of competitor offerings and on‑ground dynamics. - Execute branch-level and territory-level business-driving initiatives, campaigns, and activities. - Ensure adherence to critical quality parameters including persistency, ECS, low surrenders, and FLC control. - Conduct daily/weekly/monthly reviews with the team to track performance, productivity, funnel movement, and branch activation - Ensure governance, compliance, audit preparedness, and adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines. - Drive analytics, MIS reporting, and business dashboards for territory performance. CTQ(Critical to Quality): - Age - less than 44 - Qualification: Minimum Graduation, preference would be given to post graduates (Full time MBA) - Industry Background: Open Architecture- LI Banca - Preferred Organizations: HDFC, TATA, MAX, Bajaj, BSLI, ICICI, SBI, India First, Sud - Stability: > 24 months and above in the current or previous tenure from Open Architect- Banca background - Performance Track: At least one rating of AE/OS or equivalent in last 3 years. - Team Management Experience: L1 role for 2 years and L2 role for 3 years
