We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Relationship Manager who is well‑versed in CASA products and has a strong track record of managing HNI (High-Net-Worth Individual) clients. The ideal candidate must have experience maintaining and growing an HNI book size of ₹80+ Crores, along with proven capability in acquiring and onboarding new HNI customers. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in Retail Banking / Priority Banking / Wealth Management. Strong expertise in CASA products, HNI portfolio management, and client servicing. Proven ability to maintain and scale a portfolio of ₹80 Crores or more. Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to acquire and handle new HNI client onboarding independently. Strong understanding of banking operations, compliance, and financial products. Local market knowledge of Karnal or Kaithal will be an added advantage. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and portfolio growth targets. Customer‑centric approach with strong problem‑solving abilities.
