Hiring: Accounts Head Location: In Person , Sector iii Saltlake Experience: Minimum 6 years in a CA Firm Salary: ₹40,000 to ₹70,000 per month (Based on experience, technical capability, and leadership quality) We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Head to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in a Chartered Accountancy firm and possess solid practical knowledge in accounts finalisation, financial reporting, compliance management, and audit handling. This role requires a person who can independently manage accounting functions, supervise junior staff, resolve day-to-day accounting issues, and ensure timely closure and finalisation of books. Key Responsibilities: a) Handle books finalisation and preparation of financial statements b) Draft financial reports including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statement c) Manage end-to-end compliance matters relating to: - GST - TDS - PF - ESI - Professional Tax d) Lead the accounting team and guide junior staff in day-to-day accounting and compliance work e) Review accounting records and ensure proper closure of books within timelines f) Independently handle and supervise: - Statutory Audit - Tax Audit - Internal Audit - GST Audit Mandatory Shortlisting Criteria: Candidate must be currently associated with a CA Firm or last employed in a CA Firm. Candidate Profile: a) Minimum 6 years of experience in a CA firm b) Strong command over books finalisation and financial report drafting c) Good practical knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax compliances d) Good experience in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, and GST Audit e) Ability to lead a team, solve day-to-day staff queries, and ensure quality execution of work f) Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software g) Good communication skills and ability to work independently We are looking for someone who is technically strong, dependable, and capable of taking ownership of the accounting and compliance function while also leading and supporting the team effectively.
