Job Description Role Purpose: The SSAO plays a key role in student enrolment, onboarding, and providing a seamless and satisfying student journey at AESL. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve sales targets via counselling and cross/up-selling AESL programs. - Ensure timely fee collections. - Handle administrative tasks for student onboarding and journey. - Deliver exceptional customer service to students and parents. - Maintain compliance and process adherence. Key Requirements: - Strong interpersonal and persuasive sales skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools. - Fluency in English and regional languages. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree (BTech/MBA/Masters in Psychology/Education preferred). - Experience in educational counselling or B2C sales.
