Job Description Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Target Achievement: - Achieve branch revenue and admission targets. - Forecast monthly sales, manage pipeline, and identify new opportunities. 1. Marketing & Lead Generation: - Plan and execute ATL/BTL marketing activities. - Conduct seminars in schools, townships, and corporate locations. 1. Business Development: - Liaise with Principals, Coordinators, and school management to generate leads. - Tap into new market segments (B2B & B2C) for business expansion. 1. Student Lifecycle Management: - Oversee prospecting, counseling, admission, onboarding, and ongoing student support. 1. Team Management & Training: - Train and regularly update team on products and services. - Address employee issues and resolve internal conflicts. - Promote collaboration between academic and branch teams. 1. Operations & Governance: - Monitor daily sales activities and ensure adherence to sales processes. - Manage end-to-end branch operations and liaise with stakeholders. - Ensure prompt grievance redressal and customer satisfaction. 1. Reporting & Analysis: - Prepare MIS reports and track competitor activity. - Monitor product visibility through effective merchandising. 1. Customer Engagement: - Interface with parents and institutions for requirement analysis and solutions. - Maintain a high level of engagement with customers and internal teams. Experience & Skills Required: - Experience in consultative sales (preferably education sector). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage a team. - Business acumen and problem-solving ability. - Positive attitude, self-motivated, and proactive. - Interpersonal skills for engaging clients and internal stakeholders. - Fluency in a South Indian regional language is mandatory.
