The Lactation Consultant will provide support to mothers and families in areas related to breastfeeding and maternal-child health. Responsibilities include assessing and assisting with breastfeeding challenges, collaborating with healthcare professionals, supporting neonatal intensive care needs, and offering education and resources for maternal and infant well-being.QualificationsCertified Lactation Counselor certification and a strong foundation in lactation supportExperience or knowledge in Neonatal Intensive Care and maternal-child healthBackground in Medicine or related healthcare fieldsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with families and a multidisciplinary teamPassion for supporting breastfeeding mothers and promoting infant healthBachelor's or advanced degree in a healthcare-related field is a plusFlexibility to work with diverse populations in an on-site environment
