About Passion FarmsPassion Farms moves THCA wholesale across Texas. We have strong operator relationships, a proven product mix, and a growing base of dispensary and retail cannabis accounts. Our SDR team is the front line of that growth.About the RoleWe are hiring a Sales Development Representative to support our U.S. wholesale pipeline. You will handle outbound prospecting, lead qualification, follow-up, and CRM management for our Texas-based sales operation.This role requires clear, professional English communication with no heavy accent. You will be speaking directly with U.S. buyers — dispensary owners, smoke shop operators, and wholesale accounts. Communication quality is the first filter for this role.Responsibilities ∙ Outbound prospecting to dispensaries, smoke shops, and cannabis retail operators across Texas ∙ Follow up on warm leads from marketing and referral channels ∙ Qualify prospects and hand off to the closing team ∙ Maintain CRM records and pipeline hygiene in Freshworks ∙ Support existing account relationships to drive reorder volume ∙ Stay current on Passion Farms product offerings and THCA market positioningRequirements ∙ Clear, professional spoken and written English — U.S. buyer-facing communication is the core function of this role ∙ Sales experience required — B2B preferred, cannabis a strong advantage ∙ Cannabis product knowledge — you should understand THCA, know your product categories, and speak credibly about quality ∙ CRM experience — Freshworks or equivalent ∙ Full availability during U.S. Central Time hours ∙ Own laptop and stable internet connection ∙ Female candidates strongly encouraged to applyWhat We’re Looking ForA self-directed sales professional who owns their pipeline.
