Salesforce Platform ChampionLocation: Ahmedabad (Preferred) / RemoteShift: US Shift (IST Night Shift)Experience: 5-7 YearsEmployment Type: Full-Time Role OverviewWe are looking for a Salesforce Platform Champion who will drive the strategic growth, adoption, and revenue of Salesforce platform services within Mavlers.This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce CRM and marketing ecosystem (Marketing Cloud, Pardot, etc.), along with the ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to build scalable service offerings, support deal closures, and strengthen internal Salesforce capabilities.The ideal candidate will act as the internal subject matter expert and growth driver for Salesforce services, ensuring strong client outcomes and expanding the agency’s Salesforce practice.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Growth & Service OwnershipDrive revenue growth initiatives for Salesforce platform services across the organization.Support the Sales team in discovery calls, deal qualification, and client consultations related to Salesforce solutions.Define service offerings, packaging, and pricing strategies for Salesforce-based services.Build scalable delivery frameworks for Salesforce projects.Monitor Salesforce ecosystem trends and identify new service opportunities.Training & Team DevelopmentDesign and deliver Salesforce training programs for operations teams covering Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and related solutions.Establish certification frameworks and skill evaluation processes to maintain operational excellence.Identify skill gaps and provide hands-on coaching to strengthen internal capabilities.Marketing CollaborationCollaborate with the Marketing team to create thought leadership and demand-generation assets around Salesforce.Contribute to case studies, webinars, blogs, and social media campaigns showcasing Salesforce expertise.Provide insights on Salesforce product updates, best practices, and industry trends.Hiring & Talent DevelopmentDefine hiring scorecards and partner with the recruitment team to build a strong Salesforce talent pipeline.Participate in interview processes to evaluate technical expertise, consulting mindset, and cultural fit.Oversee onboarding and training programs for new hires.Cross-Functional LeadershipWork closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure successful project delivery and client outcomes.Drive alignment between teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.Stay updated with Salesforce certifications, product updates, and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications5–7 years of experience working with Salesforce CRM and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.Strong understanding of marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, and CRM-driven marketing strategies.Experience supporting sales conversations, solution consulting, and client discovery calls.Ability to design scalable marketing technology solutions for clients.Experience in training teams and building internal capability frameworks.Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud, Administrator, Pardot, or related).Experience working in a digital marketing agency or MarTech consulting environment.Exposure to lifecycle marketing platforms such as Braze, HubSpot, or Marketo is a plus.
