We enable #HumanFirstDigitalAbout the Role: We are seeking a Technical Lead – Automation Testing (Tricentis TOSCA) to drive end-to-end automation strategy and execution for enterprise applications. In this role, you will lead automation initiatives, define scalable frameworks, and ensure high-quality releases across complex systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders while mentoring engineers and driving best practices in automation and quality engineering.Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions using Tricentis TOSCA across web, desktop, and enterprise applicationsDefine and drive automation strategy, framework architecture, and scalability standardsBuild and maintain reusable components, modules, and parameterised test casesEnsure end-to-end traceability between business requirements, test cases, and execution resultsOversee the execution of automated test suites, analyse outcomes, and drive continuous improvementsCollaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders across the SDLCDrive automation best practices, POCs, and innovation initiativesMentor team members, conduct reviews, and enable capability building within the teamContribute to Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, estimation, and delivery trackingEnsure effective collaboration with global stakeholders, including the US time zone overlapQualifications:9+ years of overall experience, with 6+ years in Tricentis TOSCA automationExperience in the US Healthcare domainMust and should TOSCA certifications, such as AS1, AS2, TDS1, AE1Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA (advanced test design, module creation, reusable components)Proven experience in automation framework design and implementationStrong understanding of test automation architecture, functional testing, and defect managementExperience with test data management and modular test designExposure to API and integration testingStrong experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsAbility to lead teams and work with distributed/global stakeholdersExperience with test management tools (qTest or similar)Required Skills:Strong leadership and mentoring capabilitiesAbility to define and drive automation vision and roadmapExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsOwnership mindset with focus on quality, delivery, and continuous improvementPreferred Skills:Experience in enterprise-scale automation transformation initiativesExposure to AI-assisted testing or automation acceleration toolsWhy Join Us: Lead automation for large-scale enterprise applications.
