Acclime is seeking a highly capable Senior Analyst to join the Corporate Advisory team based in Pune. This role will act as the leader in a central analytical and execution hub supporting corporate finance and M&A transactions across Australia and New Zealand.Working directly with team members based in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland, the successful candidate will help execute a broad range of engagements including sell-side M&A mandates, capital raising, strategic advisory and financial due diligence. This role is designed for a commercially minded analyst who combines strong financial modelling capability with sound judgement and curiosity about businesses. The position offers exposure to cross-border transactions, private equity investors and founder-led businesses, as well as the opportunity to contribute to Acclime’s own acquisition activity.Salary Range: ₹15,00,000 – ₹20,00,000 per annum + bonus (based on successful M&A transaction deal completion).
