The Oracle Database Administrator will be responsible for managing database systems, ensuring their availability, reliability, and security. Daily tasks include database maintenance, performance tuning, implementing database replication strategies, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring robust database security measures. The role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize database functionality and support organizational goals.A) Skills RequiredEssential Skills (Two top skills) Oracle 19c, RAC, Data Guard, AWSB) Other InformationEducational Qualifications : Engineering GraduateExperience : Mid-Level (5+ years)Minimum Qualifications:o Oracle 19c, RAC, Data Guard, Cloud (AWS)o Designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise standard databases based on business area requirements.o Drives the identification, definition, and implementation of database backup/recovery and security strategies. Install and supportDBMS (Database Management Systems) software and tools. Responsible for various database activities, which include monitoring, tuning, capacity, troubleshooting, and consulting. Translate a logical data. modelor user specifications into a physical design.o Create physical database structures based on physical design for development, test, and production environmentso Ensure detailed physical design of data structures and database compiles with enterprise standards, guidelines, procedures, and processes. Coordinate with systems engineers to configure servers for DBMSproduct installation and database creation.o Install, configure, and maintain DBMS product software on database and application servers. Assist in the consultation to application development teams on DBMS product technical issues and techniques.o Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve database problemso Communicate the required downtime with the application development teams and systems engineers to implement approved changeso Coordinate and lead in the Installation and support of multiple DBMS (Database Management Systems) software and tools projects.o Oversees and sets DBMS platform performance and availability improvements measures based on metric analysis.Nice to have skills:Golden Gate, Exadata Experience, Real Application Testing
