Role Description This is a full-time Senior Property Accountant role based on-site in London. The Senior Property Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing journal entries, conducting financial reporting, and ensuring accounting accuracy. This role also involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial operations standards. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and conducting Financial ReportingStrong knowledge of Accounting and Finance principlesExpertise in managing Journal Entries and general accounting tasksAttention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in financial processesProficiency in accounting software and toolsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProfessional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA are advantageousExperience in real estate or property management accounting is a plusExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
