B2B services for MICE & other Event Companies: We are offering complete Flight, Land Transport & Hotel booking services to most of the major event management companies for their MICE, Weddings & other events.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Operational Manager (Hotels & Holidays) located in Gurugram. The Operational Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of hotel and holiday packages, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with vendors, optimizing processes, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Job description Operational Manager (Hotels & Holiday Packages)Strong leadership, team management, and staff coordination skillsProficiency in customer service, handling customer inquiries, and managing complaintsKnowledge of health and safety regulations, along with process optimization skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProblem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressureBook transportation & hotel reservationsDesigning Tour Packages and convert Prospect to Sales Selling Domestic / International destinations holiday packages.Generating leads for B2C OR B2B using Online and/ or offline modesHelps their team of 10-12 employees to Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriersProvide customer with brochures publications containing travel information, like local customs, points of interest, or foreign country regulations Developing and/ or maintaining the complete database for all hotel tie-ups and daily financial transactions. Negotiate with suppliers and contractors regarding terms and prices.Preparing customized itinerary & costing according to customer needs. Keep regular touch with clients & service providers Coordinating with clients for their visa documents Coordinate with team for Preparing travel vouchersAttending to customer queries for holiday packages through emails and phones calls.Assist & explain clients about their tour plan at the time of final handover. Manage the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of total business results. Confer and coordinate for audits with the internal and external auditors.Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fieldExcellent knowledge of travel booking systems and softwareExperience in the travel industry, particularly in hotels and holiday packagesCustomer-oriented with a problem-solving attitudeAbility to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlinesWorking Days:6 Days in a week ScheduleSalary: As per Market StandardsWork Mode: Work From officeEligibility criteria: Only candidates with Travel Hotels & holidays Package experience would be considered.For more details kindly coordinate with me on this no. 9318490856Regards,Amigos Alliance
