Key Responsibilities-Develop and manage Revit MEP models (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) as per project standards and LOD requirements.Prepare detailed 3D models, families, layouts, sections, schedules, and construction drawings for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection & electrical systems.Perform clash detection in Navisworks, generate clash reports, and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve issues.Extract quantities, equipment schedules, and material take‑offs from BIM models.Ensure adherence to MEP design standards, naming conventions, and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure modeling accuracy and alignment with design intent.Maintain model accuracy, version control, and BIM documentation; perform routine QA/QC checks.Support BIM workflow improvements, templates, and implementation of discipline-specific best practices.What We're Looking forStrong proficiency in Revit MEPExperience with Navisworks for clash detectionGood understanding of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection & electrical servicesAttention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams
