Job Summary:We are looking for a CA Inter qualified professional from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India to manage the entire accounting and finance function for our startup. The role requires someone who can independently maintain books of accounts, handle statutory compliances, manage payroll-related compliances, and support the founders with financial reporting and fundraising documentation.Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Compliance:Maintain and manage books of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheetsRecord and track daily financial transactions and ensure accurate bookkeepingPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsPerform bank reconciliations and cash flow trackingHandle GST filings and complianceManage TDS calculations, filings, and reconciliationsEnsure statutory compliance including PF (Provident Fund) and ESI (Employees’ State Insurance) filingsManage payroll accounting and related statutory deductionsCoordinate with external CA, auditors, and consultants for audits and compliancePrepare MIS reports, budgets, and expense analysis for managementSupport founders with fundraising documentation, financial projections, and investor data preparationMaintain organized financial records for audit, compliance, and due diligenceUse accounting tools such as Tally, Zoho Books, and advanced Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.Qualifications:CA Intermediate qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India1–3 years of experience in accounting, taxation, or finance (startup or CA firm experience preferred)Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory compliancesExperience with accounting software such as Tally / Zoho BooksStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reportingAbility to work independently and manage end-to-end accounting operationsGood analytical, organizational, and documentation skillsThis is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
