Role Description This is an on-site, part-time role for Hiring Special Teachers - Freshers at UPHILL HR Services located in Thane. The selected candidate will work with middle school students, focusing on teaching and providing special education tailored to individual needs. Key responsibilities include designing lesson plans, implementing effective teaching strategies, and fostering a supportive learning environment for students with disabilities. The teacher will also facilitate communication with students, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support. Qualifications Experience or capability in Teaching and working with Middle School studentsKnowledge or expertise in Special Education practices and teaching students with DisabilitiesStrong Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and team membersPatience, empathy, and adaptability in addressing diverse learning needsBachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field (relevant certifications are a plus)Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive educational environment
