This is a high-ownership, in-office role based in Koregaon Park, Pune.What you'll doManage banking relationships — CC limits, term loans, working capital, LC/BGHandle corporate financing, capital structure, and treasuryEnsure statutory compliance — GST, TDS, ROC, RBI, FEMAPrepare MIS, financial statements, and cash flow reportsLiaise with auditors, tax consultants, and legal teamsLead budgeting and financial planningWhat we're looking forCA preferred; MBA Finance considered8–10 years of corporate finance experienceStrong banking and financing knowledgeHands-on with ERP systems (SAP / Tally or equivalent)High ownership, able to work independently
