Job Description – Territory Sales Executive Primary Purpose of the role Responsible for driving sales across the various outlets in the assigned territory. Responsible for meeting the assigned sales targets and to always ensure product availability in the assigned outlets. Responsible for maintaining freshness of the products and take day to day decisions in order increase brand awareness and enhance sales. Responsibilities - Responsible for increasing distribution and volume across retail accounts - Responsible for maintaining product freshness standards in assigned retail accounts by monitoring and rotating stocks. - Partnering with distributors to ensure orders are placed, products are received and business is growing at accounts. - Increase shelf space and position for AB InBev products. - Introduce new brands and packages where appropriate. - Ensure activation/guidelines securing incremental distribution, brand visibility, product facing, and displays. - Attend sales/team meetings as directed by management along with daily interaction with the manager to discuss sales issues, competitive activities, and opportunities to maximize sales efforts. - Responsible for fulfilling pre-established objectives set by the Sales Supervisor or Area Manager and implementation of Company programs at the retail level. - Responsible for daily decisions regarding retail inventory levels using past sales history, changes in climate, competitive activity, and special promotional activities.
