Job SummaryWe are seeking a Finance Admin with strong experience in US accounting to support financial operations for our client, Mainetti. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting processes, financial reporting, and working with US-based clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.Handle US accounting activities, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.Prepare and maintain financial reports and MIS.Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and regulations.Coordinate with internal teams and clients for financial data and reporting.Support month-end and year-end closing activities.Assist in audits and maintain proper documentation.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong experience in US accounting.Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.Experience in AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations.Familiarity with accounting tools/software (Traverse is not mandatory).Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and coordination skills.EducationBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
