We’re Hiring: Senior Affiliate Campaign Manager – Mobile AppsIf you’ve spent the last few years inside affiliate networks, performance agencies, or mobile traffic platforms and know how to scale installs profitably, we should talk.Medialinks is expanding its affiliate delivery team and we’re looking for someone who understands how the mobile ecosystem actually works, publishers, margins, traffic quality, and scaling campaigns across global markets.This role is not about basic media buying.It’s about identifying strong publishers, structuring smart deals, and scaling campaigns while protecting performance and profitability.What you’ll be doingRunning CPI, CPA, CPC, and CPM campaigns across global affiliate networks and publisher traffic sources to optimize for client goalsScaling install/registrations/acquisition campaigns across verticals such as gaming, short video apps, crypto, utilities, and super apps.Managing both OS and APK campaigns across multiple geographies.Maintaining strong daily relationships with publishers, affiliates, and ad networks to unlock new traffic opportunities.Structuring direct media buys and publisher deals to improve campaign efficiency and margins.Constantly monitoring performance metrics including installs, CVR, retention signals, and traffic quality.Identifying and onboarding new affiliates and traffic sources to expand campaign reach.Working with tracking platforms such as Affise, Trackier, Vnative, HasOffers, or CAKE to manage and optimize campaigns.What we’re looking forAt least 5 years of experience inside the mobile affiliate or performance marketing ecosystem.Strong relationships with publishers or affiliate networks.Deep understanding of mobile install campaigns and scaling traffic profitably.Ability to manage large volumes of traffic while maintaining strict performance targets.A performance mindset, someone who understands that installs alone don’t matter unless the outcomes do.About MedialinksMedialinks is a Dubai-born growth engine specializing in mobile user acquisition, affiliate marketing, and OEM distribution across global markets.
