The candidate will be responsible for handling both outbound and inbound calls, engaging with prospective parents, and contributing to enrolment growth through effective communication.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling: Connect with prospective parents to introduce and promote the school’s offerings.Inbound Handling: Address queries and provide accurate information regarding admissions and programs.Data Management: Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the system.Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions team to enhance outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any disciplinePrior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferredBasic proficiency in computer applicationsSkills RequiredStrong communication and persuasion skillsAbility to handle objections and rejections effectivelyGood problem-solving and interpersonal skillsStrong time management and multitasking abilitiesImmediate joiners are preferred.Interested candidates may share their resumes at
