Someone comfortable writing in English and Hinglish, creating scroll-stopping scripts as well as sharp static ad copies for performance marketing.This role sits close to the creative process, so beyond writing, you should understand how content is edited and packaged for social media ads.ResponsibilitiesWrite short-form scripts for influencer-led performance ads (Meta, Instagram, Reels).Create static ad copies, hooks, and captions for performance marketing.Write naturally in English and Hinglish, depending on the audience and creator.Work closely with editors by suggesting edit styles, pacing, and visual references for videos.Turn product insights into clear, engaging ad concepts that drive conversions.Collaborate with creative and performance teams to iterate based on ad performance.Requirements2–3 years of copywriting experience in digital or performance marketing./Strong command over English and Hinglish writing.Experience writing influencer scripts and performance ad creatives.Basic understanding of video editing styles, references, and creative direction to coordinate with editors.BonusExperience working on men’s health, supplements, fitness, or wellness brands.
