The Founder's Office drives the company’s most critical cross-functional initiatives. We are looking for someone to manage high-impact projects and new ventures, directly working with the CEO. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong ownership, analytical rigor, and the ability to deliver under pressure.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Consulting & Operational Optimization• P&L Improvement: Lead company-wide projects focused on cost and speed optimization across logistics and operations.• Buying & Inventory Strategy: Redesign procurement and inventory processes; implement strategic buying principles and forecasting models.• Data & Business Intelligence: Improve data accuracy and integration to support strategic decision-making.• Technology & AI Adoption: Identify and integrate AI-driven opportunities across internal and customer facing systems.• Inventory Liquidation: Build and execute a commercially viable liquidation strategy across all channels.2. New Business Incubation & Operational Leadership• Venture Launch: Own end-to-end execution of new business verticals, including Nutraceutical brands and Quick Commerce.• Vendor Management: Lead relationships and negotiations with key external partners.• Program Management: Drive timelines, deliverables, and execution for all strategic initiatives.• Team Building: Work with the CEO to define and structure the expanding Founder's Office team.Required Experience & Traits • Experience: 5–7 years in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, or Founder's Office within a fast-paced, operational business. • Analytical Strength: Advanced Excel and strong quantitative problem-solving skills. • Ownership & Integrity: Proven ability to manage outcomes independently and handle confidential data responsibly. • Self-Driven: Able to operate autonomously and anticipate problems. • Communication: Strong ability to simplify complex analyses for leadership decisions. • Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to un-learn and adapt quickly.
