HR OperationsManage employee onboarding and documentationMaintain attendance, leave, and HR recordsCoordinate payroll inputs with accountsHandle employee queries and HR compliance3. Performance & CultureTrack team performance and attendance disciplineSupport management in implementing sales targets and accountabilityMaintain professional grooming and workplace standardsHelp create a positive and motivated team environment4.
