WeSpeaky takes pride in providing top-notch online 1:1 and group classes with native English teachers.ROLE OVERVIEWThis role requires a high degree of autonomy, entrepreneurial drive, and passion for marketing and sales. We are hiring a Digital Marketer to lead growth planning and regional execution across priority markets. This role suits someone who can define the approach, coordinate the right resources, launch campaigns directly, and stay accountable for lead generation and customer acquisition results. It is an execution-heavy position for a marketer who can move from strategy to delivery without waiting for detailed direction or hand holding.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES· Own digital marketing strategy across priority regions with a clear focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and market expansion.· Build and run paid and organic campaigns across relevant channels such as Meta, Google, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other high-potential platforms.· Turn company goals into practical execution plans, including budgets, campaign calendars, creative direction, and performance targets.· Manage day-to-day campaign delivery, from setup and testing to optimization, reporting, and budget control.· Communicate with the team clearly so content, design, and messaging support the growth plan.· Track funnel performance, customer acquisition cost, and lead quality, then recommend next actions based on data.· Identify regional opportunities, channel experiments, and marketing ideas that can expand reach and improve conversion.· Work closely with leadership on priorities, campaign decisions, and monthly growth targets.· Reach out to customer leads through calling and WhatsApp when needed to understand the lead for further improvement in strategy.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR· 3 to 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience. Background in education, language learning, EdTech, or a comparable growth-focused sector is a PLUS.· Proven success helping SMEs, startups, or early-stage businesses grow leads, customer numbers, or revenue.· Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube campaigns, remarketing, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.· Comfortable owning both planning and execution, with enough commercial judgment to decide what deserves time and budget.· Confident presenting recommendations to founders or leadership, including budget needs, priorities, and expected outcomes.· Able to work independently in a remote setup while staying aligned through daily team meetings.· Clear written and spoken English, strong collaboration skills, and a practical approach to getting work done.BENEFITS· Competitive salary package.· 5 days’ work.· Remote role with direct access to decision-makers and daily collaboration with the Hong Kong team. · This role will facilitate accelerated personal and professional growth.
