Job Title: Business Development Manager – US StaffingLocation: Remote (India)Experience: 8–12+ Years in US IT/Non-IT Staffing SalesEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Overview:We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in US Staffing sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of acquiring MSP/VMS programs and Direct Clients, building long-term relationships, and generating immediate revenue for the organization.This role requires a self-motivated professional who understands the US staffing market, vendor ecosystems, and client acquisition strategies.Key Responsibilities:Identify, target, and acquire new Direct Clients and MSP/VMS programs in the US staffing market.Generate new business opportunities and revenue streams through strategic client acquisition.Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and vendor management teams.Onboard and manage MSP/VMS accounts such as Beeline, Fieldglass, IQNavigator, etc.Work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to fulfill client requirements efficiently.Negotiate contracts, rate cards, and service agreements with clients.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently bring new accounts.Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to account closure.Ensure consistent client engagement and account growth.Required Skills & Experience:8+ years of experience in the US Staffing Business Development / Sales.Proven success in bringing MSP/VMS accounts and Direct Clients.Strong network with US hiring managers, procurement teams, and staffing partners.Hands-on experience with VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, etc.).Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.Ability to generate immediate business and revenue.Strong understanding of US staffing models (C2C, W2, 1099).Experience working with IT and Non-IT staffing requirements.Preferred Qualifications:Existing active client relationships that can be transitioned.Experience working with US-based MSP programs.Demonstrated history of achieving aggressive sales targets.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):New Direct Client acquisitionMSP/VMS onboardingRevenue generationClient retention and growthMonthly/Quarterly sales targetsWhat We Offer:Remote work from IndiaAttractive performance-based incentivesOpportunity to build and scale US client portfolioCollaborative team environment with strong recruitment support
