Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate end-to-end marketing operations across content, design, social media, performance marketing, email, WhatsApp, and martech teamsAct as a single point of coordination between head office teams, program managers, agencies, and contact centersManage campaign calendars, timelines, approvals, and execution readinessCoordinate email and WhatsApp campaigns including planning, approvals, segmentation, and deploymentEnsure smooth lead handover and alignment with contact center teams for campaign follow-upsMaintain trackers, documentation, and regular marketing operations reports Ideal Candidate Profile3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, or campaign executionStrong stakeholder management and follow-up skillsExcellent communication and attention to detailComfortable working with multiple teams, agencies, and marketing tools
