You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring that our technical capabilities align perfectly with our ambitious business goals. You will act as the primary bridge between various business functions and the engineering team to build seamless, scalable experiences.ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering & Documentation: Proactively engage with stakeholders across the organization to identify pain points and business needs. Translate these into comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and functional specifications.Roadmap Management: Assist in defining and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring that development efforts are prioritized based on business value, ROI, and technical feasibility.Agile Execution: Lead the product development process by managing backlogs, defining user stories, and participating in daily stand-ups and sprint planning with the tech team.User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Own the UAT process from start to finish. Define test cases, coordinate with business users for validation, and ensure that all features meet the defined /"Definition of Done/" before deployment.Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate regular communication between technical and non-technical teams, managing expectations and providing clear updates on project timelines and risks.Systems Integration & Optimization: Oversee the implementation and enhancement of internal tools & critical systems such as POS, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Loyalty Program, and Omnichannel fulfillment workflows (e.g., Ship-from-Store).Post-Launch Monitoring: Track product performance using data and feedback. Identify areas for improvement and iterate on features to ensure they deliver the intended business impact.Process Engineering: Look beyond the software to understand the physical and operational workflows, ensuring that tech solutions are practical for ground-level teams. QualificationsEducation: Tier-1 Engineering or MBA background preferred (IIT/IIM/NIT/BITS). Required SkillsExperience: 3+ years in Product Management, ideally within E-commerce, D2C, or Retail Tech.Ownership Mindset: You take full accountability for your projects and don't hesitate to /"roll up your sleeves/" to get things across the finish line.Technical Savvy: While not necessarily a coder, you understand system architecture, APIs, and how different software modules interact.Analytical Rigor: Proficient in using data to back up your decisions; comfortable with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
