Key Responsibilities:Test Case Development: Design and document UAT (User Acceptance Testing) test plans and test cases that align specifically with functional requirements and acceptance criteriaUAT Execution: Lead and execute manual end-to-end test scripts to validate that new features meet business needs.Defect Management: Identify, document, and communicate defects clearly to development teams for resolution.Regression Testing: Work through regression testing cycles to ensure that new updates do not negatively impact existing functionality.Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in project meetings to understand scope and contribute to the overall UAT strategy and planning.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Information Systems or related field4+ years of experience working with consumer-facing digital platforms.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones.Possesses clear understanding of business processes and how they impact final testing outcomes.Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining alignment with onshore teams.Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.Behavioral Competencies:Ability to produce high quality results, work in a collaborative environment by embracing diverse perspectives and with a solution-based approach.Adapt communication clearly and concisely based on team dynamics and expresses thoughts & ideas effectively.Ability to engage effectively with peers and stakeholders to build trust and reliable working relationships.Ability to understand business processes, implement innovative solutions, guide juniors on continuous improvement by constantly updating oneself on current technology & trends.Inquisitive to understand customer and business expectations while creating value addition on technical solutions.Preferred Qualifications:Ability to design and implement automated UI or API tests to improve team efficiency.Experience with programming concepts and querying languagesExperience creating and maintaining automation test jobs within a CI/CD pipelineKnowledge of non-functional testing, including performance, usability, and accessibility testing.Why join?Technology is a key enabler of the differentiated services that Delta provides.
