Job Summary:The Business Systems Analyst will come with unique blend of process architect, systems thinker, and user advocate. In this role, you will immerse yourself in our dental manufacturing functions—Sales, Finance, Production, and Support—to uncover operational friction and design intelligent, automated solutions.You will be the critical bridge between our people and our technology ecosystem (Zoho One & bespoke production systems). This role goes beyond software troubleshooting: it’s about understanding the human element of manufacturing and ensuring technology truly empowers our teams to deliver precision dental solutions.Key Responsibilities:1. Process Discovery (The “Shadow” Phase)Spend time on the ground observing daily operations across departments.Document existing workflows and identify hidden manual tasks or inefficiencies.Empathize with end users to understand pain points and context behind existing processes.2. Solution ArchitectureDesign end to end automated workflows integrating Zoho One (CRM, Desk, Books, Inventory) with our bespoke production software.Use APIs, Deluge scripting, and integration logic to build scalable, maintainable automations.3. Requirement DocumentationConvert broad, ambiguous business requests into structured functional requirements.Create flowcharts, wireframes, process documents, and detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).4. User Advocacy & TrainingLead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems or automations.Train teams across departments, ensuring they understand not just how the system works, but why changes were made.5. Trend Monitoring & InnovationStay updated on technological trends across AI, IoT, and dental tech solutions.Recommend and evaluate new tools or approaches to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Preferred ExperienceExperience: Minimum 4+ years as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Operations Manager. Experience in manufacturing or medical devices is preferred.Zoho Expertise [Optional]: Hands on experience configuring or managing Zoho One is ideal but not mandatory.Systems Integration: Experience collaborating with developers to integrate bespoke software with SaaS platforms.Methodology: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Agile methodologies to ensure processes are optimized before automation.Soft Skills: Outstanding active listening skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into simple, jargon free language.Key Competencies Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Agile methodologies Digital TransformationProcess Automation & InnovationStrong Business and Operational Understanding
