The ideal candidate will work closely with the senior leadership to support project feasibility, pricing strategies, cost estimation, budgeting, and financial planning for luxury villa developments in various locations in India.This role involves coordinating with project teams, finance, design, procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate data, timely reporting, and well-structured analyses for decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Project Feasibility & Pricing -Assist in preparing project feasibility studies for new land acquisitions and developments.Support pricing strategies based on costs, market insights, competitor bench marking, and unit economics.
