LtdDept: CAFLocation: Mumbai (Dadar East)Role Overview:We are looking for a highly driven professional with a civil engineering background and a postgraduate degree (MBA Construction Management or equivalent). The ideal candidate will work closely with the senior leadership to support project feasibility, pricing strategies, cost estimation, budgeting, and financial planning for luxury villa developments in various locations in India.This role involves coordinating with project teams, finance, design, procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate data, timely reporting, and well-structured analyses for decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Project Feasibility & Pricing -Assist in preparing project feasibility studies for new land acquisitions and developments.Support pricing strategies based on costs, market insights, competitor bench marking, and unit economics. Cost Estimation & Budgeting -Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, architectural, MEP, interior, and landscape packages with the help and support of relevant stakeholders.Work with QS teams and Operations team to update cost databases and maintain benchmark rates.Conduct and participate in budget reviews and variance analysis during project execution.Coordination & Data ManagementLiaise with design, projects, procurement, and sales teams to gather updated data.Ensure documents, drawings, and project details are organised and accessible for leadership.Support the Founder’s Office with structured reports and strategic insights.Process ImprovementIdentify gaps in cost tracking, estimation, and workflow efficiency.Propose solutions to streamline internalprocesses and improve accuracy.Develop templates, formats, and SOPs for smoothercross-team collaboration.Key Requirement: Bachelors degree in Civil EngineeringMBA in Construction Project Management or a Masters in Construction Management5 - 10 years of experience in Real estate, Contracting, Cost management, or Construction consulting.Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer
