Position Name: Site- Incharge Location: NigeriaOpen for the candidate who are open to relocation.Position Overview:Ion Exchange, a global leader in water treatment solutions, is seeking a Site-Incharge for one of our renowned industry customer to provide technical support and to field sales teams to internal and external customers.Key Accountabilities:Provide on-site technical support to field sales teams and customers to ensure effective implementation of chemical treatment programs.Monitor and analyse operational parameters and water quality data to ensure optimal system performance.Identify issues related to scaling, corrosion, fouling, neutralization, and process inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions and chemical dosages.Conduct routine inspections, sampling, and testing of water and process systems to maintain treatment effectiveness.Develop and implement monitoring procedures, KPIs, and performance tracking systems to evaluate treatment program efficiency.Prepare technical reports, analysis summaries, and performance documentation for internal teams and customer stakeholders.Coordinate with sales, technical, and service teams to ensure smooth execution of treatment programs and timely resolution of issues.Participate in technical meetings, site reviews, and client presentations to discuss system performance and improvement opportunities.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards at the customer site.Support customer relationship management by providing technical insights, troubleshooting support, and continuous improvement recommendations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineer / MSc Chemistry. Must have experience in handling Fertilizer/Petrochemical/Refinery – Cooling water/boiler water/WWTP/WTP Polymers.5–10 Years of experience.
