Shift Timings: 7:30pm IST to 3:30am ISTWeekly Shift: Tuesday through Saturday We're looking for a skilled professional to ensure top-notch performance and provide outstanding support for Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules. If you're passionate about innovation, problem-solving, and collaborating in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to shine.How You Will Contribute:Resolve incidents and troubleshoot issues across OM, Shipping, Logistics, Inventory, and Procurement modules.Monitor and manage concurrent job failures, ensuring timely recoveries.Develop and deploy fixes utilizing PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflows.Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive ticket resolutions and implement enhancements.Support UAT and transition new projects into steady-state operations.The Must-Haves:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.8–15 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 (preferably R12.2.4+) support and development.Advanced skills in PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflows is a plus.Strong knowledge of SCM modules like OM, Inventory, Procurement, BOM, Shipping, etc.Familiarity with logistics systems such as OTM, GTM, and 3PL is a plus.The Assets:Outstanding problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Experience driving process improvements and system enhancements.
