The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective clients, understanding their travel needs, and providing tailored holiday solutions. Responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, promoting FusionFly's services, negotiating terms, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.What we’re looking for:Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsSales experience, with an ability to meet targets and close dealsKnowledge of domestic and international travel planning processesBasic knowledge of Excel, email, and lead tracking toolsAbility to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environmentComfortable working in a target-driven environmentRelevant experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldPreferred:Prior experience in travel sales, holiday sales, or a customer-facing sales roleFamiliarity with domestic and international travel packages is a plus
