You will collaborate with business stakeholders to design and map business processes, translating requirements into functional SAP solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass gathering requirements, mapping As-Is to To-Be processes, writing functional specifications, conducting gap analysis, configuring system modules, leading user acceptance testing, and providing post-go-live hypercare and ongoing application support.What Are We Looking For?Experience: 5 years in IT or functional roles, with 3+ years specializing in relevant SAP functional areas.Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and integration with third-party systems.Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.Soft Skills: Strong Foundations: Analytical thinking, structured communication, and project management capabilities.Curious by Default: You explore SAP release notes, follow the SAP roadmap, and try things in sandboxes before you are asked to.Self-Directed Learner: You don't wait for training to be scheduled — you identify gaps in your own knowledge and close them proactively.Comfortable with Ambiguity: Roadmaps and technologies evolve. You adapt, experiment, and help your team navigate change rather than resist it.Generous with Knowledge: You document what you learn, share it with the team, and take pride in helping colleagues level up alongside you.Functional Experience: Prior industry domain experience is highly beneficial.Roles & ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & Process Design Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives, identify business needs, and document process fitment into best practices.System Configuration & Implementation Drive fit-to-standard analysis, SAP S/4HANA implementation, data migration, and configuration across all key process areas.Process Optimization Manage end-to-end business processes across Concept to Product, Plan to Fulfill, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report.Stakeholder Management Partner with cross-functional business teams to harmonize processes, implement best practices, and drive effective change management.Testing & Support Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing cycles, and hypercare support in the post-go-live phase.Leadership & Mentoring Mentor junior consultants, lead rollout initiatives, and translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications.
