We help companies scale customer experience and drive more revenue to their business armed with insights from our unique set of tools.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Programmatic Digital Media Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Planning, managing and optimizing programmatic media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive performance and achieve business objectives. This role requires expertise in programmatic strategy, planning, data analysis, campaign execution and campaign optimization.ResponsibilitiesPlan, implement, and optimize programmatic media campaigns in Dv360.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Manage audience segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.Collaborate with creative and content teams to align ad creatives with campaign goals.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising.Conduct A/B testing and experiment with new strategies to improve campaign performance.Knowledge of DMP’s for 3rd party data inclusion effectively enhancing the performance of the campaign.Ensure campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, compliance standards, and platform policies.Provide regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders.Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in campaign execution. Qualifications2+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, digital media buying, or a related role.Hands-on experience on DV360.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in campaign performance analysis.Familiarity with audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike modeling.Knowledge of ad formats, including display, video, native, and CTV/OTT.Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio/Looker Studio.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with ad verification tools such as IAS, MOAT, or DoubleVerify.Familiarity with real-time bidding (RTB) and programmatic direct deals.Understanding or experience in Google ads and Meta will be added advantage.
