The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing onboarding and employee relations, implementing HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive company culture. Additional responsibilities include performance management, professional development initiatives, employee engagement programs, and administrative support related to human resources.QualificationsPast experience in an Architecture / Interior Design FirmExperience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and onboarding processesProficiency in HR policies, legal compliance, and employee relationsSkills in performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagementKnowledge of professional development, training programs, and HR administrationStrong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certification (e.g., SHRM or PHR) is a plusPrevious experience in an architectural, design, or creative industry environment is an advantageProficiency in HR software and tools
