Sales Development Representative - Fresher || Location - Hyderabad About the Role:We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to actively seek new business opportunities, engage with potential customers, and drive revenue growth through outbound sales efforts. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with prospects, and nurturing relationships to drive sales conversions.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media outreachEngage with prospective customers to understand requirements and pitch Keka's offeringsFollow up on leads from marketing and outbound efforts to schedule sales demosMaintain high activity levels while meeting quality and productivity metricsStay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitorsMaintain accurate records of leads and interactionsCollaborate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and pipeline efficiencyAchieve assigned sales targets and KPIsWork Details:Workdays: Monday to FridayTimings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PMLocation: Keka HR, Gachibowli, HyderabadCompensation & Benefits:Please Note that the Compensation for the role will be 3.5-5 LPA CTCEligibility Criteria:0-1 Years Experience in Sales, Business Development (Fresher's are Welcome)Strong communication skillsHigh zeal and strong interest in SalesPrior sales internship experience is a plusMinimum 70% in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
